The door lock body and mounting bolts of the lock are constructed using AISI304 stainless steel, known for its exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. The lock incorporates Mul-T-Lock, VIRO padlocks, renowned for their superior security features and reliable performance over extended periods of time. Installation of the mechanical door lock is quick, convenient, and free of any design complexities. Moreover, it offers the flexibility to be seamlessly integrated with a GPS/GSM vehicle tracking system, enabling real-time monitoring of the lock status for the load compartment and integrity of the lock body.

Purpose: It is designed to ensure reliable and safe fixation of doors, ensuring their reliable closing and preventing unauthorized access to the cargo space of semi-trailers.
Mounting materials: Stainless steel fasteners are included

2) Left Door Locking Plate made of 10mm steel
Description: Affixed to the left door through utilization of the pre-existing mounting points designated for the door opening handle, thereby obviating the need for any supplementary perforations
Purpose: Enhance security measures for the left door to prevent unauthorized access
Mounting materials: Stainless steel fasteners are included
Advantages: The lock plate, constructed from robust 12mm steel, offers exceptional durability and resilience, ensuring a formidable deterrent against unauthorized access. Its substantial thickness contributes to enhanced structural integrity, effectively fortifying security measures for sustained protection

3) Right Door Locking Plate made of 10mm steel
Description: Mounted onto the right door by utilizing the pre-existing mounting points allocated for the door opening handle, eliminating the necessity of drilling any additional holes in the door
Purpose: Enhance the structural integrity of the locking plate on the left door
Mounting materials: Stainless steel fasteners are included

It complies with recommendations 9.11.2 and 9.11.3, which include the use of durable permanent/removable locking mechanisms made of high-quality materials such as stainless or tempered steel to ensure long-term security. Additionally, the lock offers various control options, including manual control, maintaining unique access by eliminating code/key/password duplication to open multiple devices. It is designed to withstand high mechanical stress and maintain signs of tampering in case of unauthorized access.
