Main components of safe doors

  1. Door latch (left/right) with mounted front wall
  2. Loop
  3. Control unit with indicator and keypad
  4. FMB640 Teltonika tracker
  5. Security system

1) Door latch (left/right) with mounted front wall

Description: NTT safe door assembly comprises a node where the door latch is smoothly attached to the semi-trailer doors, ensuring an efficient installation process. This solution is adapted to create a robust locking system that not only closes the doors but also fully protects the transported goods.

Objective: The main goal of the door latch assembly is to create a safe and efficient locking mechanism, facilitating proper door closure and safeguarding valuable cargo from potential threats. This solution is suitable for industrial sectors requiring stringent security measures to ensure the integrity of transported goods.

The clear advantage of these safe door assemblies is their straightforward installation, which simplifies the process and complies with rigorous TAPA TSR-1 standards. Additionally, integrating these nodes provides a comprehensive security solution, meeting industrial needs and ensuring optimal cargo protection during transportation.

2) Loop

Description: The loop, smoothly integrated into the semi-trailer interior, is a discreet yet powerful security enhancement. This unobtrusive feature provides additional protection for the cargo while maintaining overall trailer functionality.

Purpose: The purpose of internal loop installation is to discreetly reinforce semi-trailer security. This loop acts as an effective intrusion detection system, alerting about unauthorized access attempts, thus protecting valuable goods during transportation.

Advantages: The advantage of internal loops lies in their unobtrusive yet impactful nature. Providing a secret intrusion detection mechanism, it ensures cargo security without compromising trailer aesthetics or functionality. This discreet security enhancement complies with industry standards, improving cargo protection and maintaining smooth transportation experience.

3) Control unit with indicator and keypad

Description: The safe door incorporates a keypad, offering an intuitive user interface with LED indicators for clear status visibility. Enhanced with responsive audible feedback, it ensures both visual and auditory feedback for smooth interaction. Ergonomic layout and remote control capabilities enhance user convenience and safety.

Objective: Adhering to TAPA standards, the keypad enhances safety protocols. It ensures that only authorized personnel, such as drivers, can unlock the doors by entering a PIN code, thereby enhancing overall system security.

Following TAPA regulations, there are three ways of changing the electronic lock password: permanent, authorized personnel-initiated changes, and dynamic password update with each lock operation, ensuring enhanced security and unique access codes for each event.
